Requesting Refund
Jadeleen Medical Solutions, Inc. programs are paid for up front and are generally non-refundable. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, this will be considered on an individual basis. Please submit request to info@himandhair.com with details of your issue.
Receiving a Refund
Jadeleen Medical Solutions, Inc. (DBA Weightloss-Online.Com, HimandHair.com, and EdTreatment-Online.com) programs are not refundable, except upon approval from management. Please email your request to info@himandhair.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
If you paid for your program by credit or debit card, we will credit your refund to your card on file within 10 business days of Jadeleen Medical Solutions, Inc. confirming you are refund eligible. Jadeleen Medical Solutions, Inc. will notify you of whether you are eligible for a refund by responding to your request.
